This Help guide can be accessed any time, if the content you require is restricted this will not be made available to you in the help guide until you have successfully logged in to the website and your eligibility to access that content has been verified, clicking the "Help" link will automatically open the help guide to the page you are currently on if a Help file for that page exists. If a page doesn't exist you will be brought to this page.
This guide has been created so that it can easily be viewed on screen. If you do however want a hard copy, an individual page can be printed using the
